I’m Hailey Shin, a visionary Fashion Designer with a strong foundation in women's wear & jewelry design with a focus on South American market trends. My work is driven by creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for crafting designs that resonate with diverse audiences.
Currently, I hold dual roles as a Design Assistant at Lima Limon NYC, where I conduct trend research, ideate on concept & product and create detailed design sketches, and as a Design Development strategist, I collaborate on product launches and contribute to brand development.
I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design from Parsons School of Design, where I was honored with a Merit Scholarship throughout my studies. My technical expertise spans tools like CAD (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CLO 3D), and garment construction, complemented by strong time management, communication, and teamwork skills.
Looking ahead, my goal is to continue innovating within the fashion industry, leveraging my market insights and design expertise to create trendsetting collections that stand out on a global scale. I’m also passionate about collaboration and sharing knowledge, whether it’s through mentoring, teaching, or working alongside diverse creative teams.
